Hi! I’m Jane Guo, founder of Habits Nutrition Counseling and your personal dietitian.
My passion lies in helping people live healthier lives through nutrition. In my years of experience, I’ve seen how small, consistent changes can lead to lasting transformations in health and well-being. I combine my expertise in nutrition with the principles of behavioral science to help you build habits that stick.

Where are you located?I am located in Georgia. I conduct visits via telehealth only. If you live in either Georgia or Texas, I can take you on as a client.

What should I expect when working together?At our first session, I’ll get to know you and your goals, challenges, motivations, health history, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a nutrition action plan. This action plan is unique to your needs, and there is no one-size-fits-all plan. My clients achieve the most success with continued follow-up sessions.

Do you accept insurance?We accept United Healthcare and Aetna for those in the state of Georgia. For other insurances, many clients are able to utilize their out-of-network benefits for counseling services and get reimbursed by their insurance company. We can provide you with a copy of a superbill which you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please keep in mind that reimbursement varies by plan and provider. You can also use HSA/FSA funds.
